I am a virtual psychotherapist (LICSW in Massachusetts, LMSW in Michigan and a registered out-of-state telehealth provider in Florida), mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, and experienced Reiki practitioner.

I help adults overcome sexual trauma. I also provide therapy for OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g. trichotillomania) as well as perinatal mood and anxiety challenges, struggles that many sexual trauma survivors experience.

Another big passion is complementary medicine, from the healing powers of Ayurvedic massages to anxiety-soothing acupuncture and cupping to Yoga Nidra recordings for a good nights sleep on the Insight Timer app. In sessions I enjoy sharing mindfulness practices and helping patients connect to their own energy body and inner guidance.*

*I do not promote a single belief system, but rather encourage my clients to discover or reconnect with their own conceptions of a loving Higher Power. That Higher Power can be called G-d, Goddess, The Great Spirit, The Universe, The Divine, The Creator, nature, etc. For some, this belief system includes connecting to Ancestral Guides, Spirit Guides, Angels, Masters of Light, and/or Animal Guides.
