About the Event

This 1 hour workshop will teach you how to examine your thoughts, filter out the ones contributing to anxiety and depression, then identify more effective beliefs to help you along your path. We will explore our automatic thoughts and reactions with Thought Tracking (ABC worksheets) and review common cognitive distortions that everyone has - distortions that are often more prevalent with worry or low mood. Once we recognize that the scary funhouse mirror is happening in our mind, we can shift the belief to something more accurate and empowering.
