About the Event
This 1 hour workshop will:
- Review of basic CBT concepts (cognitive distortions and why we have them).
- Introduce the “Waterfall” method (aka Thought Cascade) to reduce the worry wart within.
- Shift the "What if...?" by learning a new way to think about the future. What if something worked out well?
Learn tips and tricks for more positive thinking. Notice how changing the thoughts changes the mood.
