It's easy to get caught up in the "big picture" and forget to celebrate the little steps forward.

 

But those small steps are crucial!

 

As September kicks off and school season starts back up, sometimes we can get lost in the hustle of adjusting to Fall schedules. 

 

Take a moment to notice your small victories. 

 

Whether it's managing a difficult emotion, setting a boundary, meal-prepping healthy foods, self-soothing with a scented lotion, or simply acknowledging a painful memory, these moments are victories. They are proof that you're moving forward, even if it feels slow. It's like planting a garden; each small seed we nurture grows into something beautiful over time.

 

Remember, progress isn't about perfection. It's about being gentle with yourself and recognizing the growth that happens along the way.

 

So, next time you experience a small victory, take a moment to celebrate it.
