Your worries, memories, and emotions seem to have more control over you than you have over them. You’re here because you know there has to be a better way to live. We’ll work well together if you are…
-
Curious to understand yourself and how your mind works — You’ve always loved learning and diving into books, podcasts, and new ideas. Now, you want to turn that curiosity inward and figure out why your mind and body react the way they do so you can find clarity and feel more grounded.
-
Struggling with anxiety that feels out of control — Maybe you’re dealing with panic attacks, an endless string of “what ifs,” or thoughts you can’t seem to turn off. You might even notice physical tension—tightness, shakiness, or forgetting to breathe—but don’t know how to release it.
-
Experiencing moments of disconnection or dissociation — Sometimes, it feels like you're zoning out or losing track of time. Maybe you catch yourself forgetting what you were just doing or feeling “checked out” in conversations, and you're ready to figure out why.
-
Navigating past experiences that still linger in your present — Perhaps you’ve experienced unsettling dreams, flashbacks, or day-to-day moments triggering memories of a painful time in your life. It feels like your body is always on high alert or betraying you in ways you don’t understand.
-
Living with habits or compulsions you wish you could change — Maybe your mind gets stuck in loops of fear or continuously checking on things like whether the door is locked or the stove is off. Perhaps you feel like you have to repeat specific behaviors until they feel “just right” or are overwhelmed by the idea that certain things are out of your control. Or, maybe, you’ve developed habits like picking at your skin or pulling out hair. It’s exhausting, and you’re frustrated by how much time you lose to these cycles.
If you’ve tried talk therapy before but didn’t find the deep relief you were seeking, I know how daunting it can be to try again.
I get it—and I want to offer you something different.
MY APPROACH
Let’s tune into your body & turn toward the emotions that come up.
In our work together, I’ll not only listen to and validate your experiences—because making you feel seen and understood is my top priority—but also help you make sense of what’s happening under the surface and give you tools that actually make a difference outside of our sessions.
We’ll explore what’s going on in your body and emotions, noticing patterns and practicing ways to shift into a calmer, more grounded state. I also value holistic approaches, so if you’re curious about meditation, grounding techniques, or ways to manage moods without relying on medications, we can incorporate that into our work too.
Together, we can create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

METHODS & FRAMEWORKS
Learn More About My Specialties
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Sometimes, our brains store painful memories in a way that feels messy and overwhelming, like a filing cabinet spilling over with things we don’t know how to organize. EMDR helps you separate out and process those memories so your brain can make sense of them, connecting the emotional and logical sides of your brain to provide clarity and relief.
